Overwhelmed Caller

Worry

Has "worrying" ever accomplished anything for you?  Caregivers spend a great deal of time worrying, but worrying is simply indulging yourself in the pain of things that have not ...and may not...happen.

A Foot of Faith

Kwame was angry because God allowed him to lose his left leg.  Our organization, Standing With Hope provided a limb for him to walk, but the extraordinary gift of a special foot gave inspired the courage to take a step of faith.

• Is there a specific loss that is driving you to feel angry at God?
• Would you be willing to see God’s provision in this …in an unexpected way?
• Would you be willing to take your own step of faith, just like Kwame, and believe that God is weaving purpose …even in your loss?

Kwame stood because Gracie trusted.  In your life, can you point to someone you know who is trusting God with a loss worthy of your respect …and allow their faith to strengthen yours?
