Progress Not Perfection

As caregivers, we often treat ourselves mercilessly when we make mistakes. One of the goals of our show, HOPE FOR THE CAREGIVER, is to equip caregivers to "get back up on the horse." 

We're going to fall. We're going to fail. We're going to get it wrong. And, we'll get criticism from family, friends, the loved one we care for, and ourselves.
